For MHFA course participants

Please note that you have the option to cancel or reschedule a course to a later date. Your advance alert for cancellation/rescheduling will help another applicant to secure a seat in that course.

Cancellation:

You can address your written request for notice of cancellation to courses@mhfaindia.com at least 14 calendar days prior to the course start date. Your cancellation is only valid once MHFA confirms its receipt.

Refund:

If your cancellation date is 15 calendar days or more prior to the course date, we will reimburse 80% of the course fee. In case the cancellation date is within 7-14 calendar days prior to the course start date, we will reimburse 30% of the course fee. However, if the cancellation date is within 7 calendar days from the course start date, then there will be no refunds. MHFA will process any refunds within 30 working days of the receipt of your cancellation request and credit the amount via net banking through the MHFA account. You are required to share your bank account and net banking details with us to process your refund. .

Rescheduling:

You may request rescheduling only once. You will not incur any additional charges if the rescheduled date is within 3 months of the date of the rescheduling request. Anything other than this, the training fee will be retained with no rescheduling.

For Instructor's course participant

Cancellation:

Your written notice of cancellation should be addressed to courses@mhfaindia.com, at least 30 calendar days prior to the start of the Instructor Training program. Your cancellation is only valid once MHFA confirms its receipt.

Refund:

You are eligible for 80% of the course fee if we receive your request for cancellation 60 calendar days or more prior to the course start date. You are eligible for 50% of the course fee if we receive your request for cancellation within 30-60 calendar days prior to the course start date. In case you raise the cancellation request within 30 calendar days of the course commencement, you are NOT eligible for a refund of the course fee. We will process any refunds within 30 working days from the date MHFA confirms your cancellation request and credit the amount via net banking through the MHFA account. You are required to share your bank account and net banking details with us to process your refund.

Rescheduling:

MHFA can accept rescheduling only once based on the availability of the trainer. You will not incur any additional charges if the rescheduled date is within 3 months of the date of the rescheduling request. Anything other than this, the training fee will be retained with no rescheduling.

Failure to become an Accredited MHFA Instructor:

In case you fail to become an accredited MHFA Instructor after completing the course, do note you will be charged 45% of the course fee plus GST as delivery and administrative fee.

For Corporate Clients

Cancellation by You:

If you are a corporate client, you can cancel the scheduled training only in writing at least 30 calendar days prior to the course start date. Such cancellation requests should be addressed to courses@mhfaindia.com and clearly explain the reasons for such cancellations.

Refund:

In case we receive your cancellation request at least 30 calendar days before the start date of the training, you are eligible for a 100% refund of the fee. If your cancellation request is within 29-15 calendar days prior to the training start date, you will be eligible for 50% refund of the training fee. When we receive your cancellation request within 14 calendar days before the start date of the training services, you are NOT eligible for any refund, and we will charge you the whole training fee as nonrefundable expenses.

MHFA will not be liable for any loss/expenses incurred by you when you initiate a cancelation request relating to the training booked. The expenses/loss may include but is not limited to expense/loss due to any cancellation of flight tickets and hotel booking, in relation to the training you booked. Rescheduling: You may request rescheduling only once and will be subject to the availability of the selected instructor. You may raise your request to reschedule your training dates one month prior to the start date of the training. Otherwise, you will be charged per our refund policy. Anything other than this, the training fee will be retained with no rescheduling.

When MHFAI Initiates Cancellation:

In the unfortunate circumstance that MHFAI initiates to cancel of the scheduled training, it shall be addressed to you in writing, letting you know our reasons. You can negotiate new dates for training. In case amenable to rescheduling to a future date, we shall refund 100% of any fees received from you within 30 working days of our cancellation request.
