Continuing the streak of presenting at the NHRD Wellness Conclaves, Ms Erinda Shah, Founder and Director of MHFA™ India was once again invited to offer a master class on Workplace Mental Health at the fourth edition of the WelCon Conference held at ITC Grand Chola, Chennai. NHRD Wellness Conclaves are organised to address pressing issues relating to the health and wellness of employees and the crucial role that organisations play in ensuring holistic well-being. The WelCon’22 was organised to specifically throw light upon the necessity of promoting employees’ wellness during and after the pandemic situation. Ms Erinda Shah highlighted the importance of mental health literacy at workplaces and the impact of MHFA™ training on employees in organisations.
