Why should I attend this course?
The awareness about mental health in India is low which is reflected by the low number of people who seek professional treatment for mental illnesses. The knowledge about mental wellbeing and common mental health problems will empower the community to identify mental illnesses at an early stage and prevent them growing into serious problems.
