WEEK 1 “Suicide Prevention Starts with Me”
Preventing suicide is something we can all contribute to. By actively learning and educating others about mental health, we can break the stigma around it and suicide, making it easier for people to reach out for help when they need it.
Talk About It
Commit to discussing the statements for the Week 2 campaign 'Suicide is not a Crime with 1-2 people each day. We've provided downloadable conversation guides; these guides will support you in initiating and navigating these crucial discussions with empathy and clarity.
Use the Resources
